Our complete departure service package is designed to give the transferee and his/her family a trouble free departure from the origin country allowing their focus to be completely on the new assignment. We will assist the transferee in giving proper notice to terminate the rental contract according to the contract conditions.
Once notice is given, a pre-departure walk-thru will be performed confirming any required touch ups, repairs and final cleaning in order to avoid any problems at the time of the actual hand-over. Our one-group partner will oversee the coordination of any repairs and/or renovations. Further, we will arrange the disconnection of utilities like telephone and internet and will give notice to any insurance companies, sports clubs, subscriptions and mail forwarding.
At the final hand-over our one-group relocation specialist will attend and support the transferee with the completion of the hand-over protocol and will oversee the return of the security deposit.
