Due to the recent sale of Michael Gerson Ltd., Niall Mackay has decided to step down as Chairman of one-group. The Board has accepted his resignation last Friday.
Until a new Chairman will be elected at the upcoming General Assembly in early 2009, the Board will continue to steer the group under the leadership of Executive Vice Chairman Lorenz Amiet.
Niall has been elected as Chairman in April 2005 and succeeded on Brian Charles who retired from Michael Gerson Ltd. at the same time. The Board of one-group would like to thank Niall for his service to one-group over those past years. Under his chairmanship one-group has developed to become Europe´s leading moving and relocation network for corporate clients.
