one-group has structured a concise exchange programme within the one-partners, with the goal to spread knowledge and benchmark processes.
This programme has proved being a valuable opportunity to get to know how other companies perform the same services and get in contact with different departments and activities from the ones the participants are responsible for in their own companies.
